Project Description:
5021 Lakeland Rd is a property in College Park's Lakeland neighborhood which was destroyed and abandoned in a 2022 storm. The current team is working to redevelop the site into an affordable housing unit which aligns with the City of College Park's plans of restorative justice. This involves significant research into the property's history, the creation of full sets of concept plans, and multiple community engagement meetings, allowing for the development and inhabitance of the site within the near future.
