Project Description:

Our team was tasked with upgrading the University Golf Course's current maintenance facility, specifically adding a wash pad and storage facility. Currently, the maintenance staff houses expensive and essential vehicles outside, shortening their useful lifespan. They wash these vehicles on a patch of gravel, which creates chemical runoff and an excess of grass clippings. By adding a wash pad and storage facility, we hope to extend the current useful lifespan of the maintenance staff's vehicles and create an environmentally friendly solution to wash these vehicles that will save money, water, and correctly dispose of pollutants.
