Project Description:

Traditional nail guns cause approximately 37,000 emergency room visits each year, with awkward user positioning being the leading cause of injury. The low profile nail gun is specifically designed to reduce these injuries by enabling users to drive 1 inch nails within confined spaces as small as 4 inches tall and 12 inches long. It features low recoil and an ergonomic grip for comfortable, extended use. The tool’s design centers around a motor driven cam impact system powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, ensuring consistent and reliable nail driving. It also incorporates a spring mechanism system that provides the necessary downward force to drive nails, reducing the physical strain on the user.
